All returns are accepted for store credit only.
All merchandise must be returned unwashed, unworn, and free from any make up, deodorant stains or pet hair. All merchandise must be in its original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
Any merchandise under the “Final Sale” category or purchased at 30% off or more are not eligible for return.
One of the best ways you can aid us in the return process is by looking over your order as soon as you receive it. We hope this never happens, but if you think you have received a damaged or defective item, then please submit a damage return request within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
*Online merchandise intended for return must be postmarked for return within 14 days of delivery date.*
Once your return is processed, you will receive your store credit via the original email that was associated with the order. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return.

Please review our return policy before sending items to be returned. Start a return request via email: shopblackbirch@gmail.com. Please place your items in a shipping safe package with your packing slip and send back. Please also include your packing slip that was in your package. Black Birch does not provide return labels or reimburse shipping costs.

Pop-up shop returns will be treated just like online returns. You have 14 days to return your item(s) for store credit.
