Where is your store located?

We are located inside Elle & Co Salon in downtown Thiensville
227 N. Main St.
Thiensville, WI 53092

What are your hours of operation?

Tuesday - Friday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
We ship orders out Monday-Friday! 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, you can pick up your order anytime the salon is open.

How can I contact you?

We have several ways to get ahold of us - email shopblackbirch@gmail.com or by Jamie's cell (414.248.7696). But the most efficient way to contact us is by email! 

Please give us at least 24 hours to respond to all emails and messages and we will respond to all weekend emails on Monday!

Should I receive an email and tracking number after placing an order?

Yes, you will receive 2 separate emails. The first email confirms your order was received and is processing. Once your order has been completed, you will receive a second email with a tracking number. If you do not receive either of these emails, reach out via  shopblackbirch@gmail.com. 

Order tracking has been stuck/my package is lost -- What do I do next?

Please reach out to your local USPS, FedEx, etc. for more information on your packages location. Reach out to shopblackbirch@gmail.com for extra help!!

What do I do if my order item(s) arrive damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, please reach out to shopblackbirch@gmail.com  with a description and any photos you can take of the damaged item. From there we will evaluate the damage and make sure you are taken care of! 

Do you restock styles that are sold out?

We may restock certain styles, but there is no guarantee that a sold-out item will come back in stock.
