All returns are accepted for store credit only.
All merchandise must be returned unwashed, unworn, and free from any make up/deodorant stains/or pet hair. All merchandise must be in its original condition. Any merchandise sent back that is not in its original condition, cannot be accepted.
One of the best ways you can aide us in this process is by looking over your order as soon as you receive it. We hope this never happens, but if you think you have received a damaged or defected item, then please submit a damage return request within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
Online merchandise intended for return must be postmarked for return within 14 days of delivery date.
Once your return is processed, you will receive your store credit via the original email that was associated to the order. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return.
Any merchandise under the “final sale” category or purchased at 26% off or more are not eligible for return.
*POP UP SHOP RETURNS* will be treated just like online returns! You have 14 days to return it for store credit.
