I am the one-woman-show that is everything Black Birch.
Black Birch started out of the pandemic. I resigned from my role as a Dual Store Manager to be home with my tribe during 2020. After a couple months at home, I had desire to do something creative that is 100% mine. I also terribly missed my retail world. I’ve always loved to make things so I started with our well loved toddler tees. My dream to grow my small business quickly became a reality.
From mom life to making and manifesting a life I love, Black Birch is ever-changing but one thing remains the same- each item, whether handmade or curated by me comes from my passion to deliver you casual, comfortable and effortless style.
At Black Birch, we want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their order and enjoy their shopping experience with us! It is a huge priority of ours, so if we fail to do so, then we will do everything we can to try and make it better.
All returns are accepted for store credit only.
All merchandise must be returned unwashed, unworn, and free from any make up/deodorant stains/or pet hair. All merchandise must be in its original condition. Any merchandise sent back that is not in its original condition, cannot be accepted.
One of the best ways you can aide us in this process is by looking over your order as soon as you receive it. We hope this never happens, but if you think you have received a damaged or defected item, then please submit a damage return request within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
Online merchandise intended for return must be postmarked for return within 14 days of delivery date.
Once your return is processed, you will receive your store credit via the original email that was associated to the order. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return.
Any merchandise under the “final sale” category or purchased at 26% off or more are not eligible for return.
*POP UP SHOP RETURNS* will be treated just like online returns! You have 14 days to return it for store credit.

Please also include your packing slip that was in your package.
